CN 4-8-4 Mountain Type 6218 has deteriorated tremendously over the years it has sat on display in Ft. Erie, ON. The boiler cover has rotted away in several locations exposing the fiberglass insulation underneath and the once shiny black paint has dulled to a powdery grey and rust smeared coat. Based on the condition of this once beautiful locomotive, I highly doubt it will ever roll from its current resting place, and will most likely collapse on itself in the years to come. What a shame!
