You just really never knew what you'd see in the yards in Windsor.  Today 3 rebuilt units from GE have shown up....  GECX 3004 & 3003 are fresh "Super 7 30-C's" and are rebuilt from older ex-MILW U30C's #5655 and #5653 respectfully.  Not to be out done by it's bigger 'sisters', a newly rebuild GE Centercab rounds out a very interesting trio.

  2. Not sure why they were in Windsor actually. They may have been done in Montreal and were coming back from there.
