VIA F40PH-2 #6450, and a sister, sandwich a CP C424m on today's train #927 as it passes the mill in Haycroft, Ontario. Catching a lift home is Essex Terminal #104 which had gone to Toronto the month earlier for some wheel work. It was normal in the mid-90's to see power from VIA and GO adding horsepower to CP trains on the weekends as CP was so very power short.

    Awesome photo! I wish I was around when CP had their big power shortage in the 90′s.
