The Nanticoke Road Switcher sits idle in the SOR's Garnet yard awaiting its crew to come on duty.  In the foreground of this image are many earth moving machines that have been doing a lot of work alongside the yard.  It is unclear right now what will be going here but one this is for sure the landscape around Garnet it changing. It has also been said that the GP20D's will be returning to CEFX as soon as new power arrives from G&W
