During the Oktoberfest weekend in Kitchener-Waterloo, the Waterloo Central Railway (operated by the Southern Ontario Locomotive Restoration Society) brought out No. 9 for the round trips to St Jacob\'s and return. But after a round of morning trips the ailing locomitve wasn\'t doing to well. Here volunteers pause to discuss the situation before departing for St Jacob\'s.
