Jeff Willsie, President of the Ontario Southand Railway keeps a close eye on his operations as the Woodstock Turn has arrived and is setting off cars for the CPR. Founded in 1992 to switch cars for Petro Canada in Clarkson, OSR has grown under his leadership to a 24/7 operation shipping hundreds of cars daily for various customers on the former CP St. Thomas Subdivision, CP Port Burwell Subdivision, and as contract operator of the Guelph Junction Railway.
