The Huron Central shots are done for now. Mr. Mooney will rejoice to hear of the next shortline I'll be covering - the Ontario Southland. They are a good opposite of the HCRY, with a multitude of jobs, a shorter yet more diverse set of track, and best of all, unique power sets. When I went to shoot on this day, the Woodstock job was running an OSR painted 383, and then-fresh 6508 - still in CN heritage paint. Here, they wait for their crew to arrive to take them out for a spin.
