CP 244 has finished setting off a few thousand feet of autoracks for Toyota on the Waterloo sub, has backed to the station to finish the run to Toronto light power. You can bet the lead unit, 5019 was added at Windsor to meet union requirements for cloth seats, a hotplate and microwave - and in this case, a very clean cab.

  1. Is the NS unit a leaser or power pay back?

  2. Brad stuff like this is often Horse Power Hours (HPH) paid back. The number of CP units roaming other roads… is evidence of this payback, and the trickle of foreign engines evidence of the return to CP.
