In 1995 it was nice to shoot the big CSX GE’s as they were still ‘the new thing’ at the time. It’s interesting to note that despite the isolation of CSX post April 1996 these WG Thompson grain extras occurred into 2005 and often warranted a pair of AC4400′s or SD40-2′s brought over from Detroit – so the ‘big power’ continued to make an appearance until the last minute..
