Dry only minutes before, heavy rain has since set in. CP 100 heads southbound past a rural 6th Line in south Utopia. This train hotshot had the MacTier to itself, and has made good use of it maintaining 50mph. Having just cleared Essa and Utopia, it's next interlocking is Baxter, and will continue to see greens until it hits the city limits of Toronto.

On a side note, I definitely paid the price for this shot. Out for a stroll on my racing bike, I did not have to wait long before I heard this southbound in the distance. However, rain started to come in, but I stayed. Along with being drenched, my clipless shoes became soaked and while on my return bike ride, I couldn't unclip, and flopped over bending my right handlebar in. Also, for the type of bike I have, the rain definitely won't help it. Needless to say, the crew of this train must of thought I was nuts to be out on my bike in the pouring rain taking pictures of trains.
