A late running freight out of Van de Water is seen here at the present day location where the rails end, however this day the train will continue another 48 track miles to Fargo to connect to the CSX Sarnia Sub. I remember having this day off of school and work and contemplating chasing this train through the county, but instead went and chased the ETR around Windsor.
Today the ETR is still doing the same thing and the CASO is a gravel path slowly being reclaimed by nature.
