  1. This traffic go in/out on 438/9 or does it head west?

  2. CN must be interchanging some cars with CP in Windsor to head to the US, but it seems like most are coming in and out on 438/9. I don’t see a point in shipping the loads to London to int. with CP, although some that head east out of Windsor on 438 are probably going back west on the Strathroy Sub to head stateside via CN.
