After CP 242 came over the border into Windsor, they shoved the train into Windsor Yard and tied down the power. Fortunately they left it out where it was reasonably "shootable". KCS SD70ACe #4051 adds a nice bit of color to the normal CP red that usually occupies the ready track here.
