Rock faces, mountain ranges, trees and rail - Canadian railroading out west! CN SD50F 5434 and another SD lead a westbound train with a good-sized cut of colourful cylindrical hoppers on the head end, west of Jasper AB on the CN Albreda Sub. The bridges here are for the Miette River at Mile 7.8, just east of the Geikie mileboard.

  2. Back before the second track (right) was put in, I lost a lens cap from my old Pentax SP1000 in the rock pile there. It’s still a neat location.
