Boarding VIA 14 on track 13. Built by CN and owned by CN from 1942 to 2007 (it's now owned by Homburg Canada), Central Station in downtown Montreal is undoubtedly Montreal's busiest train station and Canada's second busiest, after Toronto's Union Station. It is served by AMT commuter trains to two destinations (Deux-Montagnes and Mont St-Hilaire) as well as VIA and Amtrak trains. At right is a sign for the 6:55 PM departure of VIA 14, 'The Ocean' for Halifax. In the middle is the arrival and departure board.
