CSX GP38 #2003 has charge of Local #1 today as the snow falls January 24th, 1992. Local #1 has just setoff a cut of cars into the ETR interchange track and is pulling out to double back onto their caboose before leaving town. The old Dominion Bridge tower is still standing to the right in this picture which most people from the Windsor area will be familiar with.
