In the last 80s #392 was a good bet for an early evening appearance at Bayview and a trio of MLWs. A quick run down the 403 could get you on to the Halton Sub ahead of the train and light on the nose. The crossing at Mainway was a nice open location in those days allowing an across the field view of eastbounds passing the signals.
