  1. And probably the only two to be running in BC now too. I seem to see more and more of ex BCR units out of province now with a few out East and down south.

  2. Many BC units are in Ontario. I’m suprised after 11 years of ownership that so many are still in BCOL paint.

  3. On this day, there were 4 BCOL leaders through Jasper. Q119 earlier in the day had the two C44-9Ws that have been together for about a month (4651-4646). Coincidentally, they just returned eastward together on train Q106. Photo to come.

  4. This is excellent. Great work Tim.

  5. It is to my understanding that so far only on BCOL unit has been painted into CN paint which was a C40-8M I saw it come through Capreol and Sudbury, where I am currently living, last year but haven’t seen it since. I get a little constricted in the chest when I see one of my BCOL units come by it reminds me of home. I grew up in Squamish and my dad worked in the shops there so I love seeing a little bit of home once in a while.

  6. Off of the top of my head, 4615-4618-4641-4647 have been repainted into CN colours.

  7. Nice shot Tim! Cleanest BCOL I have seen was 4626 leading 148 a couple months ago: https://www.flickr.com/photos/93850525@N02/17394172061/in/dateposted-public/
