Last 'train' to travel on the Sydney Sub. With a track inspection run out date on the 16th the CBCNS decided to move their power out on the 14th. Due to falling traffic on the line the CBCNS decided the best and only option for them was to abandon the subdivison which runs from port Hawkesburry to Sydney. I cought up to the train at Iona, which is the location of the Grand Narrows bridge, a 516.33 m (1,694 ft) long bridge which is the longest in the province. The offical opening of the bridge 135 years ago was done by Lord Stanley, the donor of the Stanley Cup, who drove a steam engine across the bridge himself to declare it open.
