STOP! Signal 309D shows an all red signal on the ex-Harrisburg Sub switch, now downgraded to a siding at Paris Junction on this very warm summer's day. In the distance (although blurred) is zebra striped CN 2420 and CN 2438 being used as teaching facilities for CN office staff. They were being taught coupling / uncoupling on the north main track. Beside is CN 4119 performing switiching duties on the north siding. When completed, it will head back with it's consist to the Brantford yard.

  1. Boy, there is a lot in this picture. You’ve got the dwarf and the 2 switch stands just nice. Can almost make out CNR on the switch lock with my iPad. With just the right amount of fuzz for the background, can still make things out but it’s not stealing from your subject. Very good photo.
