The clouds lifted by 1549hrs when the "Atlantic" arrived. 
The only remarkable aspect of this photo is that the lead unit it tilted rather dramatically indicating the beginning of the super-elevation of the curve at Armdale.
The CPR boxcars are at the Simpson-Sears warehouse and store.
