I have forgotten just exactly where the Sudbury roundhouse stood. All I can recall is it wasn't far from the Doran's Brewery:o) Went back up that way some years back and the roundhouse was gone. Someone on the list will pinpoint its' location, I am sure of that. This view taken 30 years ago as of this posting shows it a rather busy place. Assortment of CP power as well as a couple of Budds inside. Somehow in the back of my mind I think I heard the building was destroyed by fire. Anyone? When?? Thanks in advance, as always...............

  1. Wow, fascinating!

  2. its foundation is easily discernible on google maps. turntable is still in place.

  3. And it’s the same place CP continues to park power… turntable has far fewer tracks though.. i think only three lead to it now.

  4. Is that 1824 in there? She’s still running on Trillium to this day
