I decided to check out the other RR in Calgary, and learned that the folks there were quite welcoming. My wife and I were given a short ride on a switcher and we were provided with rough schedules of train activity. Unfortunately, I never too advantage of that information. I have heard some disparaging remarks about CN GMD-1's. I rather like the look.
