By all accounts, this looks like the Exshaw Turn - 4 axle power, approximately the right time and weird consist. My guess is that the timber cars are destined for Kieth yard, but I cannot be certain. The day is still quite cold. There does not appear to be any melting, but I would best that there has been quite a bit of sublimation.
