It is possible that this is the "Exshaw Turn" because the head end cars look to be destined for the LaFarge Cement plant. The timing, however, is a little late at 1650hrs (That is 3 to 4 hours late), and 6 axle power is rare to say the least. Perhaps this is a through train that will simple drop the cars in the siding before continuing west.
