  1. Earl, a very neat structure. When was it converted? I would guess this was convered before the advent of modern building codes?

  2. The structure, which was not used as an elevator for several years, was reinvented sometime 2009/10 as I recall.

  3. That “Elevator” used to be the Grain Elevator for W.J. Ruggaber & Sons Grain & Feed (Gord & Nick Ruggaber)in Elmstead, there used to be a General Store directly across from it and the CP station that used to be @ Mi.101 Windsor Sub was my home from ’72-’76 My Father was the S&C Maintainer
