GEXR 580-25 stops short of the Edinburgh Road crossing in Guelph for the conductor (out of frame) to flag the traffic. Follow the rail from bottom center towards the locomotive, and you may notice a missing rail. In January the rail broke, meaning a red flag had to be put up (it's just behind me). The broken rail has forced trains to detour through sidings XV2, XV3, or XV4; whichever track was empty at the time. In February the road was ripped up for the old rail to be removed, but the road was repaved without the new rail. Finally the new rail is to be installed in another day or 2.
