The photograph was taken sometime in the mid to late 1990's. I am not sure of the exact date, because I took so many pictures of Victoria CP buildings in the 1990's that I just rolled them into one time period. In this picture VIA 6148 had just left the back shop, & crossed over the turntable to be fuelled prior to heading over to the Victoria VIA station. Today the VIA station is gone. The rail bridge to the station is gone, & the old CP roundhouse site is being modified to suit it's new owners.
