    Probably a Sigma 50-500mm. Now experimenting with a Tamron 150-600. Heat is now the enemy.

    Those are long lenses.
    A few years agom before we moved back to TX from IL, I was seriously considering the Canon 400mm for my Rebel T3i digital camera. It would be pretty much useless down here for 3/4 of the year.

    They’re great for birds and airplanes (morning and evening). The rail experiments will continue….if traffic ever picks up. Sad to see 25% of both railroads power sitting idle
