We visited my family in Halifax in Oct of 1990. During that brief stay, we managed to get a little railfanning in. I think this would be my last time seeing the MLW/Alco locomotives in the Maritimes. I am not exactly sure why we only went to Dartmouth. Perhaps the Fairview shops were decimated by this time? Here we have a RSC-14 waiting for the next assignment.
