TOFC was still king in intermodal in early 1991 in Canada. This is only of their "hot" train on the eastern outskirts of Edmonton. It must been during the winter thaw since I doubt that I would have bicycled (or been able to bicycle) out there it it were -20 degrees or colder outside.
