#510 was a regular train out of Calder/Walker Yard to the Beamer Spur off the Vegreville Sub just west of Fort Saskatchewan. It, likely went to the Fort Saskatchewan Scotford Yard because it appears to have potash, or perhaps phosphate cars for the Sherritt fertilizer plant, and a few grain cars for some reason that likely does not involve the chemical plants. At the end of the day, it would return as 511, I believe.
