Nice find – how often is this out and working?

I assume they don’t go much beyond the fence at the CSX side?

I’ve seen them switching that yard a couple of times from the gravel road that passes by.
Judging by satellite images the tracks on the CSX side are quite overgrown so they must not see much use if any at all, although I do wonder where CSX brought those steel loads to last year – they were supposedly for this plant.
