Caption: For a 500 train, 511 was a little strange. Most locals would depart and return with the same train number. 511, however, left Edmonton as 510 in the morning. It switched out the chemical plants on the Beamer Spur during the day and is returning in the late afternoon, or early evening. Here, it is coming off the Vegreville Sub at East Junction, and joining the Wainwright Sub. The steam is from chemical plants near Clover Bar. On the Left, near the MOW shed and dumpster, was where the mixed train to Waterways/ Fort McMurray would board passengers.
