CPR 471 was a westbound out of Montreal that traveled up the now abandoned Ottawa Valley line before heading through North Bay and Sudbury on its way west. Sprecher is on the west side of Sudbury. Trailing 5904 are a pair of Helm Leasing units, obviously of Union Pacific heritage.
