The former CN Casselman station, as seen in 2003. It wasn't in the greatest of shape, but avoided the fate of being demolished like so many other stations in the Ottawa area such as Glen Robertson, Maxville, Hawkesbury, etc. Maintenance crews were still using the station at the time of this photo, and VIA trains still stopped although they used a small shelter located just a few feet away. However, I have seen other photo's of the station posted online since my only visit in 2003. It appears it has been given a fresh two tone painting, and VIA's shelter has been removed as they now occupy the station once again.
