CN SD70M-2 8931 idles away on the tailend of train L76852 20 in the yard at Leyland. L76851 20 derailed up at the mine earlier in the morning which has forced the crew of the 2nd cut to go to bed in the small Leyland bunkhouse. Due to the severe grade on the Luscar Industrial Spur, Teck Coal's Cardinal River loadout loads the 174 cars trains in 3 58 car cuts (L76951, L76952 and L76953).

  1. And I would think the trip back down to Bickerdike with that weight would be a real attention getter.
