    Interesting to see the general public gathered around 6167, in an age when steam has just been put to an end. The fascination with steam locomotives, the smells, the sounds, the motion – everything, is very much alive. In other locations, lines of operable steamers wait certain destruction. There is a definite juxtaposition in this paradox.
