Back in May Windsor hosted the Memorial Cup which our Spitfires ended up winning. During the tournament VIA took school students to and from the WFCU Center while giving them lessons on rail safety. This was the first time since the 1980s that VIA RDCs were in Windsor. This was one of the first runs for the week they were down here and the weather wasn't very cooperative. In the background you can see the ominous sky over the Detroit skyline.

  1. I was always a big Graham Knott fan when he was on Niagara, so I’m glad he has a memorial cup under his wing now.

  2. The final game in the series was awesome. A real nail biter.

  3. Thank you!

  4. I’m a big Ice Dogs fan, but the Spits are my second favourite team so I was happy to see them win. Nice photo!
