Chihuahua Pacifico FM H16-44 516 sits at CN's MacMillan (Toronto) Yard in fresh paint in April 1974, likely on its way back to Mexico. 516 was part of a group of H16-44's CHP had rebuilt by United Railway Supply in Carterville, Quebec in the early 70's. Some units were high hood, others CHP had already given oddball chop-nose jobs.
