Caption: 4 SD40-2's take up track 5 in the shop. The units are getting prepped for their final trip to the scrapper when previous deliveries didn't go as planned. From front to rear are 5864 5824 6623 & 6618. all but the 6623 had already been previously shipped out.

  1. I suspect that K&K recyclers simply didn’t have the space to accept the units, and the guys in Oshawa weren’t keen on having those units linger around in the yard.
