In the mid-1980s, "FPON" was common on CP Rail in the form of Conrail GP38s, as well as B&O/Chessie System GP40s and GP38s (as well as a few Algoma Central SD40-2s). Here we see a westbound approaching Guelph Jct with CP SD40-2 5935, B&O GP40 3724, and CR GP38 7747. It all ended when CP received its GP38-2s in the late 1980s.
