Ten years to the day after the Chessie System photo in Hamilton, we see the regular Oakville-Buffalo, NY auto train pass through a snowy "steel city". Generally, the power and crew would originate/terminate at MacMillan Yard and run light between there and Oakville Yard. Normal power was a single SD40u; however, occasionally a pair of GP40-2LWs would be used. In the 2000s, this train was renumbered 431 and ran with an SD75I or C44-9W.
