M 32241 11 splits the signals at Mile 30 on the Halton Sub, with a leased GECX locomotive in the lead.  M 322 is an as required, Winnipeg to Battle Creek detour train, which operated across Northern Ontario, as opposed to operating south out of Winnipeg and through Chicago.  Power was: GECX 2033, CN 2405 and CN 8933 was the mid train DP unit.

  2. You have time, these are NOT leased, they are purchased. Keep a close eye out as they might get renumbered well before repainting.

  3. Always wondered what this spot looked like from the photographers point of view. Many times passing by and waving to you guys at Mile 30 :-)

  4. Bruce Thanks – I forgot about the ownership thing. So we really don’t have time – could start painting/renumbering anytime.

    I’ve been lucky to get one leading – in late late 2017 of all times.
