Amazing how this has grown in over the years.
This one is puzzling Arnold. In 1978, this would have been exclusive London Division work, and the Goderich jobs were still running, but at roughly midnight out of Aberdeen.This must have been the Guelph Jct road-switcher assignment on an unusual trip down to Aberdeen. It is really odd that this was the power for that job.
