A West Coast Express F59PHi is leading 8 Bombardier bilevel coaches on WCE's second weekday afternoon service, the 4:20 PM departure from Vancouver Waterfront station making all station stops to Mission City.  When the train returns to Vancouver next weekday morning, Bombardier BiLevel cab car WCE 103 will lead. In this picture it is seen at the back of the 8-car train departing WCE Port Coquitlam station around 4:58 PM, a few minutes later than scheduled.
