A beautiful autumn afternoon, with a very short train I made a quick stop for a few photos at Deep Creek bridge. The bridge was built by Canadian Bridge Co of Walkerville, ON in 1920. Approximately 1200 feet long and 322 feet high, Deep Creek bridge actually spans Hawks Creek. Mile 330 Prince George sub is at the north end of the bridge on the opposite side of the tracks where I was standing. It certainly was an awe inspiring moment to open the front door and step out.
