After a days work at the Nelson Federal Building I drove down to the CPR yards to look around. This time I walked through some deep snow to photograph snow plow 400773 which was sitting patiently near the old roundhouse turntable. This was not the first time nor the last time I managed to photograph it. I always had as much interest in railway buildings as I did in rolling stock so I will always regret not having or taking the time to photograph all sides of the Nelson roundhouse remains and of the diesel shop.
