A nice October day in Revelstoke BC! Lots of liquid sunshine and a good hardhat to keep your head dry. Catching locomotives being fulled was not something most people got to see and I was lucky enough be there at the right time. I did what I normally would have done. I just stayed well back and took photographs. Very seldom did I ever talk to a CP employee, I just kept my pass handy and observed. Too this day I have no idea how much fuel locomotives like CP 5711 would have carried in their tanks, nor do I know how far they went with a full tank. Especially in the mountains.
