Dull day down at the Junction. Overcast and cool. Along came LRC 6915 eastward with the morning #70. Not much to look at, but this b/w effort doesn't look bad, and besides now the wimpy looking LRCs have already long been a thing of the past on VIA. Never did like them. But, they are history for the most part. It must have been a poor morning, as my notes indicate after 2.5 hours I left after this, and it was only 0915 !!! :o)

  1. Those LRC locomotives were never as beautiful as a FPA4 , but they had lots of room for me to put my bike in the engine compartment for my overnight trips to Ottawa and Montreal.
